Needs-specific Support
(7 RCM related functions)

Sessions designed
to address systemic
challenges/opportunities

MBOs’ sustainability is directly related to the degree to which their volunteer and staff leaders take steps to ensure they evolve as needed to remain responsive to their members’ individual and collective needs, interests, goals, and aspirations. While MBOs, in general, tend to follow similar growth patterns, many – due to circumstances in their members’ practice settings – can face a series of seemingly difficult, unexpected, and unique challenges which cannot be resolved sufficiently or satisfactorily using their current transaction-based management strategies. This needs-specific learning opportunity offers volunteer and staff leaders the opportunity to explore how adjusting them to be more relation-centered can generate better and more lasting outcomes.
